EVALUATION
In order to inculcate the habit of regular studies in the students and to access their progress the school conducts Class tests, Unit tests per term, Half yearly and Annual examination. From LKG to Std V the competencies are identified by grades only.
TEST & EXAMINATION
Unit tests shall be conducted in each subject as many times as necessary, there being a minimum of three tests spread uniformly throughout the year. The mid-year test will be held before the end of the second term which ends in November. The areas shall comprise the entire syllabus covered upto that period. The session ending examination shall be held during March the entire course prescribed for the year is to be tested in the examination.
ASSESSMENT
The final assessment of pupil in class V to IX at the end of the year shall be based on total achievement in all tests in the examination as well as class work and home work during the year.

PROMOTION
Promotion in class LKG to IV is made on the basis of monthly assessment, half yearly and annual examination.
In each calss V to IX a pupil must obtain not less than 35% marks in the academic subject to pass the examination. However he may be granted promotion provided he has secured at least 30% marks in each of the subject (not more than 2 subjects) he has failed but maintained the aggregate of 35%.
A student who fails twice in the same class shall not be allowed to continue his studies in the school.
PARENT – TEACHER MEETING
Parents and Teacher meeting will be arranged in each term to enable them to exchange their views and a close rapport with the school to help us to explore various facets of education.
PROGRESS REPORT
The Progress Report of the child would be issued to parents at the end of each term.
